KNOWING CHRIST

The Bible records for us these words of Jesus as He prayed to His heavenly Father, “And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent” (John 17:3). In this profound statement, our Lord gives us the essence of eternal life—knowing Him in a personal way as Lord and Savior. True Bible Christianity is not about obligatory adherence to religious ritual; it’s about a life-transforming relationship with the loving God of the universe—the One who created us and who has revealed Himself to us in His Word.
